HOW TO MAKE  Szechuan Beef



  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into chomp size strips 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  •  2 teaspoons cornstarch 
  • 1/4 teaspoon squashed red pepper 
  • 1 clove garlic, 
  • minced 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 3 glasses new broccoli florets 
  • 2 little onions, 
  • cut into wedges 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, 
  • depleted 1/4 container chicken soup 
  • 1/2 glass peanuts 
  • Add all fixings to list
Hurl meat with soy sauce, cornstarch, pulverized red pepper and garlic in non-metal dish. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. 


Heat oil in wok or extensive skillet over high warmth. Panfry hamburger until no more pink, 5 minutes. Mix in broccoli, onions and water chestnuts; cook 2 minutes. Pour in juices, and heat to the point of boiling. Mix in peanuts, cook one moment more, and serve.
