HOW TO MAKE Szechuan Beef
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into chomp size strips
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon squashed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic,
- minced 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 glasses new broccoli florets
- 2 little onions,
- cut into wedges 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts,
- depleted 1/4 container chicken soup
- 1/2 glass peanuts
- Add all fixings to list
Method
Hurl meat with soy sauce, cornstarch, pulverized red pepper and garlic in non-metal dish. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
