How to make Smoked Chicken Wings

Elements for Smoked Chicken Recipe 


Chicken cut into little pieces 1 glass
Olive oil 1/2 glass
Curry leaves 20-25
Onion cleaved 1/2 container
Ginger-garlic glue 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red bean stew powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Scratched coconut 2 tablespoons
Coal a piece a couple
New coriander leaves hacked 1 tablespoon
Cloves 2
Step 1
Warm olive oil in a non stick container, include curry leaves and saute till fresh. Deplete them and put aside on a plate.
Step 2
Include onion, ginger-garlic glue, turmeric powder, red bean stew powder and garam masala, blend well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Include chicken pieces and blend well, cover and cook till done. In the interim keep the coal on direct fire. Add coconut and coriander leaves to the chicken and blend well.
Step 4
Put the blazing coal in a bowl and place the bowl in the container in the midst of the chicken pieces. Put cloves on the coal and sprinkle 1 tbsp olive oil.
