Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

New coriander leaves hacked 1 tablespoon
Warm olive oil in a non stick container, include curry leaves and saute till fresh. Deplete them and put aside on a plate.
Include onion, ginger-garlic glue, turmeric powder, red bean stew powder and garam masala, blend well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Include chicken pieces and blend well, cover and cook till done. In the interim keep the coal on direct fire. Add coconut and coriander leaves to the chicken and blend well.
