Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Recipe

1. Boilar chiken – 1 kg (cutted into 4 pieces)

2. Chilli – 1 teaspoon

3. Turmeric – ½ teaspoon

4. Cumin – 1 teaspoon

5. Ginger grind – 1 spoon

5. Garlic grind – 1 spoon

6. Onion grind – 1 spoon

7. Black pepper – ½ spoon

8. Tomato sauce – 4 spoon

9. Yoghurt – 1 teaspoon

10. Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon

11. Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

13. Roast stick – 4 pieces

14. Oil – as needed

15. Salt – as needed

Step 1 keep the chicken in 1 teaspoon salt water for half an hour. Then cut it with knife. Then mix all the spices and marinate these meats for half an hour. Then take a stick and tuck it one side of meat, tuck another stick as parallel. Like this string 3 meat pieces together in every stick and set them 5 inch upper of coil fire.

Until these get nut-brown color, these have to be reversed into opposite sides for two times and brushed with oil and spices. After ten minutes, if these get burned color, take down these grills and serve them with salad and paratha.
Tips:- Its important to soak the bamboo skewers for 20 mins, otherwise it will burn.
