How to make Carrot and Oatmeal Cookies

- Carrots ground 1 glass
- Oats 1 glass
- Margarine ¾ container
- Castor sugar (caster sugar) ½ glass
- cocoa sugar/jaggery ½ container
- Egg 1
- Refined flour (maida) 1 glass
- Heating powder ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon
- Heating pop ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Raisins ¼ glass
- Vanilla quintessence 1 teaspoon
Preheat broiler to 180° C. Line a preparing plate with a silicon tangle.
Cream together margarine, castor sugar and chestnut sugar in a bowl with an electric blender. Soften up the egg and whisk.
Sifter flour, preparing powder, cinnamon powder, heating pop and salt into another bowl. Include oats, raisins and carrot and blend. Include vanilla pith and whisk well.
Add this blend to the egg blend and whisk well.
Isolate the blend into equivalent parts, shape them into balls, softly smooth and place on the lined heating plate.
Put the heating plate in preheated broiler and prepare for 15 minutes. Expel from broiler and cool.
