Chicken vegetable ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bonless chicken breast
  • 2 table spons greated capsicums
  • 2 tbsp grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp silced onions
  • 2 tbsp  coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 aubergine , cubed
  • 1 tometo cubed
  • 1 tsp vineger
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp chillies
  • 10 green chillies, sliced
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli
  • salt to  taste
  • 2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp soya sause
  • water as needed
  • 1 tsp soyabin oil
  • pinch of paanchphorn
  • 1 tsp grated garlic


Method

Mix all ingredients exccept oil. Using the palm of the  hands round balls.place a pan on low heat and pour oil. once hated put the balls and deep fry.

Serve hot with churtney…….

pour oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Gradually put all the ingredients one by one. Once sauteed, add the phoron and remove from the heat.
