Chicken lollypops 14-16

Ginger-garlic glue 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Pulverized dark peppercorns 1 teaspoons

Soy sauce 1 tablespoons

Oil for profound searing

Ginger hacked 1 tablespoon

Garlic hacked 1 tablespoon

Red stew glue 2 tablespoons

Refined flour (maida) 1/2 container

Cornflour/corn starch 1/2 container

Spring onion greens Chopped for embellishi

or,

Chicken wings – 8 pieces

Soya sauce – 2 Tbs

Nippy garlic sauce – 2 Tbs

Ginger glue – 1 tsp

Egg – 2 pieces

Red nippy powder – 1/2 tsp ( red chilly powder)

Corn flour – 2 tbs

Bread scraps – 1 glass or more (Bread crumbs – 1 cup or more)

Salt – 1/4 ts or to taste

Oil – for profound sear

Method

Step 1

Join chicken lollypops, ginger-garlic glue, salt, ½ teaspoon squashed peppercorns and soy sauce in a dish and blend well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat adequate oil in a kadai.

Step 3

Join ginger, garlic, red bean stew glue, refined flour, cornflour, salt and staying pulverized peppercorns in another dish and blend well. Include little water and blend well till a thick player is shaped.

Step 4

Plunge marinated lollypops in the player and profound sear in hot oil till brilliant. Channel on permeable paper.

Step 5

Trim with slashed spring onion greens and serve hot.
